Description:

Vitrified cbn wheel is used for face grinding (Ra 0.2 finish ) steel part in automotive industry. The hardness of workpiece is 57HRC and stock removal is 0.06mm+- 0.015.

Materials to grind:

●Cast iron : Chilled cast iron, nodular cast iron, grey cast iron, alloy cast iron and etc

●Steel: 20Cr, GCr15, CF53, 45# steel, 55# steel,80B high carbon steel and etc
